PWG is a vertical, non-self-priming, multistage, centrifugal type pump driven by a standard electric motor. The motor output shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft via a coupling. The pressure-resistant body and the components through which the flow passes are fixed with bolt connections between the upper part of the pump and the lower part where the inlet and outlet are located. Pump inlets and outlets are located at the bottom and on the same axis. These pumps are equipped with an intelligent protective element against dry running, out-of-phase operation and overload.
